Dark Animus and Twin Consorts heroic died last reset. Hello, Lei Shen!
Here's our video for Dark Animus, Battle Chicken PoV.
Killed three new bosses in two resets. Not bad.
To sum up our Megaera kill:
We don't need real screenshots when stuff this good comes from not taking them.
After killing Jin'rokh and Horridon in the first couple of days of heroic release, guess which bosses we killed last night?
Cheers, Srabby!
Last night we finished Throne of Thunder on normal mode which means next week we can start the real race with the release of heroics. Bring it!

Thanks to Srabby for another great Paint creation. We're really bad at taking screenshots...
Got these boys down 2 weeks ago. 5 pulls later = dead boss.

After having to deal with a very long tier of content, we have finally manged to put time back into completing 9/9 Gold Challenge Modes for the guild.
Not long now till next patch! Deus Ex Machina is still recruiting. Don't miss out on the opportunity of a lifetime!

Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil.
Shoutout to our previous raiders who are no longer with us, who left this tier.

These bosses took a bit longer than we liked, but at least our roster has finally stabalized!
Deus Ex Machina are still currently recruiting! Make sure you don't miss out on this opportunity of a lifetime!

After a long month of grief and roster changes we have eventually finished off our progression in Mogu'Shan Vaults, downing Will of the Emperor after only two half nights!
This kill has allowed us to recover from our poor start this tier of content, and we are now more than capable to compete on a much higher level in Heart of Fear.
Well done guys! You have a lot to be proud of!

Returning to Vaults, we managed to put some time into Elegon to finally bring him down this week!
Enjoy our postmodernist rendition of the kill by our on call artist Srabby!

After two and a half nights of progress, and spending more than enough time on Amber-Shaper, we finally put this raid instance to rest. This is going to allow us to focus our efforts on fully clearing Mogu'Shan Vaults before the Heroics for Heart of Fear are released next week.
Grats guys! We're almost there!

After our lovely 19k wipe on Wednesday night and numerous roster changes that could not be avoided, such as our ret paladin going prot in dps gear and our resto shaman going elemental.
We finally brought this boss down after another night of blood and tears.
As a sidenote, Deus Ex Machina are recruiting! Apply before you miss out on an opportunity of a life time!

More interesting than the kill!
After two nights of progress we have a lot to show for ourselves!
Nice start to a new tier of content guys!

After two very difficult nights of min/maxing, we finally put Gate of the Setting Sun to rest, with a mere second to spare on the clock. I can't say any of us have ever been pressured as much in World of Warcraft, than these 14 minutes and 59 seconds it took us to complete the dungeon.
Following our ambitious entry into Gold Challenge Modes so early in the game, we decided to clear the rest on Silver to earn ourselves a kick-ass Pheonix mount and Title. Our ranking (at the time of this post) was 4th in the world overall, in terms of raw score for all challenge mode encounters. Pretty good I'd say for the first week!
Many more exciting dungeons are waiting for us on the horizon. We're all looking forward to our full transmogrification gear, maybe even a Realm First!

After many weeks of discussion about how to improve our progress in Mists of Pandaria, as a guild, we finally decided to take the dive and faction change to Horde. Knowing that going Horde on an Alliance dominated server (Sylvanas) was a less than wise decision, we started looking for alternatives. It didn't take long to find one, and that's when we decided to make Draenor our new home! It's taken us about a week to get all our affairs in order, namely the transfer of mains, alts and our four capped Gbanks. All things considered, we all arrived safely on our new server.
One consequence of moving was having the guild renamed to Deus Ex Machina, as Deus Ex was already taken on Draenor. We still want to be recognized as the same guild we previously were. Just starting fresh on a different server.
It's been a while since I've posted anything of any relevance on this site, after nearly seven months of farming Dragon Soul Heroic, the Beta testing of encounters on the PTR has been a welcome break of pace. We'll be ready for anything Blizzard throws at us, in the upcoming tier of content. Finally, moving to Draenor allowed us to "trim the fat" which helped strengthen our current raiding roster. I'm very excited for what we'll be able to do in Mists, namely, solidify our position as a top 100 guild.

After many moons of progress we finally suckerpunched this mother right in the chin. Thanks to everyone in the guild that put in the extra effort over these past two weeks to finally get him down. The Cataclysm is finally over! xD
With that said, we have to say goodbye to our longtime friend, and Healing Officer, Chapel. He has been with us since the beginning of Catacylsm and we wish him the very best, as he moves onto bigger and better things, when he begins his first year of his BSC Undergraduate Degree at the University of Cape Town.
Recruitment in Deus Ex is now open! If you're looking for a solid raiding guild and think you have what it takes to compete with the best in Mists of Pandaria, look no further. We are looking for one Ranged DPS player and one Healer. If you think you are an exceptional player worthy of joining our ranks, make an application or whisper either (Abie/Crucifixx/Zirkuza) for further information.

Special thanks to those that had to get benched for the kill, we couldn't have made it this far without you guys.
